Supra Hoods Engineers craft out customised hoods, carefully analysing the cooking area, the need for fresh air and the volume of cooking. If the Kitchen specialises in Tandoori cuisine then the designs are different in order to handle plume, oil and excessive smoke where as a Pasta restaurant will require a differently nuanced design.
